PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES
March 5, 2007
Chairman Ed
Sedor called the March 5, 2007 meeting of the Town of
Plan
Commission members attending were Ed Sedor, Joyce Buchman, Karen Sylvester, Ed
Malechuk, and Mike Kunesh.
Excused were
Bruno Brysiewicz, Bob Cerrato, and Tim Oestreich.
Also
attending was Mark Walter, Bay-Lake Regional Planning Commission.
A motion
was made by Malechuk and seconded by Buchman to approve the agenda as
printed. The motion carried with all in
favor.
A motion
was made by Sylvester and seconded by Malechuk to approve the minutes of the December
7, 2006 meeting as printed. The motion
carried with all in favor.
There was no public input.
A copy of the completed
building permits for 2006 was distributed.
Sylvester led the group through
each chapter and addressed some minor changes to the Joint Comprehensive Plan.
The plan is considered “joint”
during the planning stages but the final draft will be listed as the Town of

seconded by Kunesh to adjourn the meeting at 7:55 p.m. The motion carried with all in favor.
