PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES
September 26, 2006
Chairman Ed
Sedor called the September 26, 2006 meeting of the Town of
Plan
Commission members attending were Bruno Brysiewicz, Bob Cerrato, Wendel
Johnson, Ed Malechuk, Tim Oestreich, and Karen Sylvester.
Excused was
Richard Seils.
Also
attending was Mark Walter from Bay Lake Regional Planning Commission.
A lengthy
discussion was held on the Comprehensive Plan.
Walters
explain the process the Town must go through for adoption of the Comprehensive
Plan. The Commission recommends approval
by resolution to the Town Board. The
Town Board must hold a public hearing on the Plan and then adopt the Comprehensive
Plan by ordinance.
There was no public input.
Because of the time factor, the
discussion on the Highway 41 Bypass was tabled.
The next meeting is set for
Wednesday, October 11, 2006 at 7:00 p.m.
A motion was made by Malechuk and
seconded by Cerrato to adjourn the meeting at 9:00 p.m. The motion carried with all in favor.
