·
The next Joint Plan
Commission meeting is scheduled for October 11th with the City of
Peshtigo hosting. The November meeting
will be an open house. Discussion was held on the option of holding two
separate open houses for both the Town and City. Plan Commission members agreed that one
combined open house would be the best and could divide into two groups if
needed.
·
Ellen Stiebohr has cancelled
her request for an additional resident at her group home. She originally was permitted to have eight
residents and wanted nine.
Joint Commission Table Review
·
The Plan Commission reviewed at
length the table put out by the Bay Lakes Plan Commission pertaining to the
Town of Peshtigo and the City of Peshtigo’s 20-year joint plan. This table reflects areas such as housing,
parks, recreation, commercial, industrial, river development, etc. Revisions were made and this table will be
discussed further at the October 11th Joint Plan Commission meeting.
Codification Discussion
·
The Town Board is meeting
with Attorney Alan Harvey on Thursday, September 22 at 10:00 a.m. The discussion will be on the codification of
all current Town ordinances, ordinances currently required by the Wisconsin
Towns Association, and any anticipated ordinances. The meeting will probably be approximately
two to three hours and Sedor invited the Plan Commission members to attend and
offer their input.
The next meeting will be held on Monday, October
17, 2005 at 6:30 p.m.
A motion was made by Sylvester and
