PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES

August 12, 2004

The August 12, 2004 meeting of the Town of Peshtigo Plan Commission was called to order by Chairperson Herman Pottratz at 6:30 P.M.

Plan Commission members attending were: Bruno Brysiewicz, Bob Cerrato, Herman Pottratz, Ed Sedor and Karen Sylvester. Excused were Tom Fetterly and Ed Malechuk. Also attending was one town resident.

On motion by Cerrato, second by Brysiewicz the minutes of the July 19, 2004 Plan Commission meeting were approved.

There was no public input.

The Plan Commission members were informed about a telephone call Town Clerk, Clarence Coble received from John Lefebvre, Director of the Marinette County Land Information Office. According to Lefebvre each and every zoning change which is approved by the Town of Peshtigo must come before the Marinette County Board for their approval before the zoning change takes place. Pottratz contacted Town Attorney Coggins and has already spoken with County Administrator Steve Corbeille. Corbeille will speak with Lefebvre regarding the matter. The commission members then worked on revising the Zoning Map.

The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 7, 2004 at 6:30 P.M.

Motion to adjourn by Cerrato, second by Brysiewicz. Carried. Meeting adjourned at 8:10 P.M.
