PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES

May 10, 2004

The May 10, 2004 Town of Peshtigo Planning Commission meeting was called to order by Chairperson Pottratz at 6:31 P.M.

Members attending were Bob Cerrato, Tom Fetterly, Bruno Brysiewicz, Herman Pottratz, Ed Sedor and Karen Sylvester. Ed Malechuk was excused.

The minutes of April 19, 2004 should be amended to show that Ed Malechuk was excused. Motion by Ed Sedor, second by Fetterly to approve the amended minutes. Motion carried.

Bob Brumm discussed the zoning along Old Peshtigo Road wanting to be sure that his property would be zoned Agriculture.

Bruno Brsiewicz discussed a vision problem on Seward Heights Road.

Ed Sedor wants the Plan Commission to be supplied with a listing of building permits which are issued. He feels these should be made available on the Town Web site. There was some discussion as to who is updating the site. Tom Fetterly stated that the minutes are not being posted as they should be.

Members of the Commission were reminded about the Joint Plan Commission Meeting with the Cith of Peshtigo being held Thursday, May 13 at 6:30 p.m. at the Peshtigo City Hall.

The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, May 24, 2004 at 6:30 p.m.

The Commission then worked on the new zoning map.

Motion by Cerrato, second by Fetterly to adjourn at 8:36 P.M. Carried.
