Town Chairperson called meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Denial of Insurance Claim: Motion by Karen Sylvester to deny claim for damages from Kaila M. Walkowiak. Second by Dan Staudenmaier. Motion carried with 4 yes votes. Patrick Ravet was absent for the vote.
2007 Road
Maintenance: Motion by Mark
Monnette to contract with Fahrner Asphalt Sealers, LLC for crack sealing in the
Town. All Roads on the proposal dated 5/9/07 from Fahrner will be done with the
exception of
2007 Road Work: Motion by Mark Monnette to seek bids on road work listed on Marks Proposed Major Road Work for 2007. Second by Karen Sylvester. Motion carried with 5 yes votes. Bids are due in the clerks office by 6:30. p.m. July 10, 07. Bids will be opened and could be awarded at Town Board meeting to follow.
