Minutes of the Town of Peshtigo Special Budget Meeting/Hearing November 21, 2006 at 6:00 P.M.:

Meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by chairperson Ed Sedor. There were 15 Town residents in attendance. (See poll sheet)

Public hearing was held on the 2006 budget and Town levy for 2006. After answering questions from the floor a motion was made by Pat Ravet to close the hearing. Second by Don Pazynski. Motion carried with 3 yes votes by Don Pazynski, Ed Sedor and Pat Ravet.

Special Town Meeting Called to Order at 6:29 P.M. 15 Residents Present:

Motion by Herman Pottratz to sell Town Equipment not needed – 1964 Chevy Tanker and any other items not needed during the year. Second by Tim Roggendorf. Motion carried with an unanimous vote of residents attending the meeting.

Motion by Herman Pottratz to set the levy for the Town of Peshtigo at $213,199.63 for 2006 collectable in 2007. Second by Oren Ninniman. Motion carried with an unanimous vote of residents attending the meeting.

Motion by Herman Pottratz to set the annual pay for the position of constable starting with elections in 2007 at $4500.00 per year. Second by Pat Ravet. Motion carried with an unanimous vote of residents attending the meeting.

There being no further business Bryan Peth made a motion to adjourn. Second by Tim Roggendorf. Motion carried with an unanimous vote of residents attending the meeting.

Town meeting adjourned at 6:37. P.M.
