Ed Sedor stated that the county will be
holding a Public Input Session at the Town Hall on July 18, 2006 from 5:30 till
6:30 P.M. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Audit Report: Mary
Smith from Kerber, Rose & Associates, S.C. gave a report to the Board on the 2004
2005 Audit of the Town Financial status.
Budget Status:
Vilas Schroeder gave a report to the board on the status of the current budget.

Refund Eagle Sheet
Metal Tax Payment: Motion by Karen Sylvester
to refund $56.85 to Eagle Sheet Metal for over payment of personal property
taxes. Second by Pat Ravet. Motion carried with 4 yes votes.
Temporary Load
Limit on Rader Road:
Motion by Don Pazynski to place a
temporary load limit of 8 tons on Rader and Lietzow roads for approximately 2
months. Second by Karen Sylvester.

to approve the Town of Peshtigo Code

Reappoint Plan
Commission and Fire Commission Members: Motion by Karen Sylvester to appoint Robert Cerrato to the
Town Plan Commission for a term of 3 years starting May 1, 2006 thru April 30,

Motion to reappoint Bill Johnston to the Fire Commission for

Crack Sealing and
Paving: Motion to correct last meetings motion on crack sealing and
paving in the Town. Motion by Ed Sedor that crack sealing of Town roads and
paving of Green Gable Road will be done at a latter
date when and if dollars are available. Will look at this latter this summer.

carried with 3 yes votes by Ed Sedor, Karen Sylvester
and Don Pazynski. One no vote by Pat
Ravet.
Pay for Election
Personnel: Motion by Karen Sylvester to raise the pay to $10.00 per hour
for the chief election inspector effective today. Second by Pat Ravet. Motion
carried with 4 yes votes.

to raise the pay to $9.00 per hour for the election worker in charge of the
machines and the pay for the rest of the
election personnel to $8.25 per hour effective today. Second by Karen Sylvester. Motion carried with 4 yes votes.

Pazynski. Motion carried with 3 yes votes by Ed Sedor Don Pazynski and Karen
Sylvester. Pat Ravet abstained from voting because he was a
witness and gave testimony at the public hearing on his non renewal hearing.
The reasons stated in the motion for denial of the license are due to the
testimony on indecent and improper activity at the establishment and she there
doesn’t appear to be any change over the past year. The background check proves
Mr. Bayer is a habitual offender. Also testimony from last years hearing states
that Mr. Bayer allowed smoking pot and he himself also smoked pot and
prostitution also takes place at the establishment. She feels Mr. Bayer has
total disregard for the Town ordinances because no attempt was made to comply
with the Town ordinances.
