Agenda Approval: Motion by Pazynski to approve the agenda as presented. Second by Sylvester. Motion carried with 3 yes votes.

Set Photocopy Fees: The Board discussed the draft proposal of Resolution 06-01 to Designate Copy Costs. The following changes were made:

1. Copy cost for the entire Code of Ordinances will be $30.00

2. Shipping and Handling will be charged.

Motion by Sylvester, second by Pazynski to approve amended Resolution 06-01 a Resolution Designating Copy Costs. Motion carried with 3 yes votes.

Motion by Pazynski, second by Sylvester to adjourn at 6:25 p.m. Motion carried with 3 yes votes.

Chairman Sedor called the Public Hearing on the Town of Peshtigo Code of Ordinances to order. No one from the public attended.

A motion was made by Pazynski, second by Sylvester to close the hearing at 7:00 p.m. Motion carried with 3 yes votes.
