A meeting with Wisconsin DOT was held at 5:30 for Town Board members and Town residents to discuss the proposed bypass of US Highway 41.
Public Hearing: Called to order at 6:45 p.m. A public hearing
on proposed ordinance for Outdoor Solid Fuel Heating Devices was held. There
was one comment from Bill Luedtke and
The Town Board took a recess prior to the start of the Board meeting.

Announcements: Ed Sedor reminded Town residents of the Clean Sweep Program the County is holding.
Agenda Approval: Motion by Pat Ravet to approve the agenda as published. Second by Dan Staudenmaier. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

Heating Device Ordinance: Motion by
Tractor Repair Report: Dan Staudenmaier reported the tractor is back from garage and the total cost for the tractor and mower will be around $11,000.00. Dan also stated the Town should put monies in the budget this fall for a new mower deck.
The Town Board will set up a work session to discuss the proposed weight limits on some Town roads within the next four weeks.
Report on a complaint from R.A. Omdahl regarding property owned by Andrew Splingaire and a Zoning violation.
Department Head and Committee reports were given.
