Agenda Approval: Motion by Sylvester, second by Ravet to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried with 4 yes votes.

Work on Ordinance for Outdoor Solid Fuel Heating Devices: The Town Board discussed at length modification to current Ordinance 05-05 Outdoor Solid Fuel Heating Devices Ordinances. Sylvester will make the needed revision to the ordinance and a public hearing will be schedule prior to the May Town Board meeting.

Adjournment: Motion to adjourn at 1:32 P.M. by Ravet, second by Staudenmaier. Motion carried with 4 yes votes.
