March 7, 2006 Town Board Meeting called to order at 11:03 A.M.

Annoucements: Sedor stated he has been contacted by the Department of Transportation regarding the US Highway 41 project. A meeting will be set up regarding the project.

Agenda Approval: Motion by Pazynski, second by Ravet to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

Public Input: No public comment.

Town Road Load Limits: Pazynski presented a verbal proposal to place load limits on Town roads which have had resurfacing done in the past few years. He is concerned about damage to these roads and the excessive cost to repair them if damaged. For that reason, he is asking if the Town Board would be receptive to placing a permanent 16,000 pound weight limit on Krause Road, Keller Road, Dahl Road, Hale Road, Harbor Road, Pheasant Farm Road, Kozuzek Road, Riverside Drive, Heath Lane, Leaf Road and Townline Road. Motion by Ravet, second by Pazynski to have an Ordinance drafted and a Public Hearing scheduled for the March Town Board Meeting. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

Supervisor Staudenmaier was excused from the meeting at this point.

Code of Ordinances: The Code of Ordinance was reviewed with corrections being made. Clerk Coble has not yet heard anything from the utility companies regarding the provisions in Section 6, Title 4. Supervisors want to remember to apply maximum size limits on accessory buildings in the R-1 and R-2 zoning classifications. The next meeting will be held on Thursday, March 16, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. The review process will start at Section 13-1-45.

Adjournment: Motion to adjourn at 2:45 p.m. by Ravet, second by Pazynski. Motion carried with 4 yes votes.
