Town Board Meeting called to order at 10:04 A.M.

Annoucements: The Town Clerk is preparing a document regarding road weight limits which will be ready for discussion for the April 18, 2006 Town Board meeting.
Agenda Approval: Motion by Pazynski, second by Sedor to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried with 3 yes votes. Ravet was out of the Board meeting room at the time the motion was made.
Public Input: No public comment.
Code of Ordinances: The Code of Ordinance was reviewed with corrections being made. Because Clerk Coble has not yet heard anything from the utility companies regarding the provisions in Section 6, Title 4 we can only assume the language contained within the Code meets with their approval.
Sedor will discuss Section 13-1-173 with Building Inspector, Leo Krivickas. Additionally, Sedor will be contacting Town Attorney, Kim Coggins regarding Section 2-5-2 Board of Appeals to be sure the language is correct according to State Statutes.
Sylvester will send copies of those pages of the Code which were changed to Attorney Alan Harvey asking for a full copy of the entire Code of Ordinances as revised. Once this is received, the changes will be reviewed and times for the Public Hearings will be scheduled.
Adjournment: Motion to adjourn at 12:35 p.m. by Sylvester, second by Pazynski. Motion carried with 4 yes votes.
