Announcements:

Agenda Approval: Motion by Don Pazynski to approve the agenda as published. Second by Pat Ravet. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

Minute Approval: Motion by Pat Ravet to approve the minutes of the February 9,16, 21, 23 and March 7 and 16, 2006 Board meeting as published. Second by Dan Staudenmaier. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

Treasurers Report: Motion by Karen Sylvester to accept the Treasurer’s report as published. Second by Don Pazynski. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

Payment of Vouchers: Motion by Don Pazynski to pay vouchers #13783 thru 13838 with 13829 and 13830 void for a total of $30,175,63. Second by Pat Ravet. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

Public Input: Wayne Smits from Erdmans Auto asked questions regarding load limits on Town roads.

Operator License: Motion by Karen Sylvester to approve operator licenses as presented. Second by Don Pazynski. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

Appoint Election Worker: Motion by Dan Staudenmaier to approve Deborah Kniskern as a poll worker. Second by Don Pazynski. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

Pay for Temporary Workers: Pay will stay the same as last year at $10.25 for returning workers and $10.00 for new workers.

Student Election Workers: Motion by Don Pazynski to approve the use of student poll workers for elections in the Town of Peshtigo. Second by Karen Sylvester. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

Outdoor Wood Burners: Karen Sylvester gave a report on a survey of Town residents she took and recommends the existing Outdoor Wood Burner Ordinance be modified to more effectively meet residents needs.

Joint Municipal Court: Motion by Karen Sylvester to approve the agreement for operation of the Joint Municipal Court with the City of Peshtigo. Second by Pat Ravet. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

Fire Department Officer Position: Motion by Pat Ravet to approve the position of 1^st Assistant Chief and 2^nd Assistant Chief in place of one assistant chief on the fire department. Pay will be $2,000.00 per position. Second by Karen Sylvester. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

Department Head/Committee Reports: Town Clerk informed the Town Board the purchase cost of the copier we are currently using under lease would be the remaining payments due plus $1250.00. Karen Sylvester reported on the clean sweep program the county will hold this spring. She is also trying to work to hold the Towns spring clean up during the same time frame. Dan Staudenmaier reported that the Town tractor should be back from repairs next week.

Motion to adjourn at 7:58 by Don Pazynski. Second by Dan Staudenmaier. Motion carried with 5 yes votes. Meeting was adjourned at 7:58 p.m.
