Annoucements: Sylvester stated Building Inspector, Leo Krivickas wants the Town Board to be aware that the gentleman residing east of CTH RW and north of Pheasant Farm Road is once again operating what appears to be a business in a residential area.

Agenda Approval: Motion by Sylvester to approve the agenda as presented. Second by Pazynski. Motion carried with 4 yes votes.

Public Input: No public comment.

Code of Ordinances: The Code of Ordinances was reviewed with corrections being made. Those items which the Board must return to include Section 6 Title 4 and the Board of Appeals section.

Ravet was excused from the meeting at 12:30 P.M.

The next review process will start at Section 13-1-120.

Adjourn: Motion to adjourn at 1:35 p.m. by Sedor, second by Pazynski. Motion carried with 3 yes votes.
