Minutes of the
Town of
Meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by chairperson Ed Sedor. There were 12 Town residents in attendance. (See poll sheet)
Public hearing was held on the 2006 budget and Town levy for 2006. After answering questions from the floor a motion was made by Herman Pottratz to close the hearing. Second by Bob Fraik. Motion carried with and unanimous vote of those attending.
Special Town
Meeting: Motion by Herman Pottratz to approve the 2006 highway
expenditures pursuant to section81.01(3) of
Motion by Bob Fraik to set the Town tax levy at $209,485.13 for 2006. Second by Karen Sylvester. Motion carried with a unanimous vote.
Motion by Herman Pottratz to authorize Town Supervisors to receive an hourly wage of $15.00 per hour. Second by Don Pazynski. Amendment by Richard Seils to the original motion to cap the expense at $5000.00. Second by Don Pazynski. Amendment to the motion carried with a vote of the Town residents present with two abstentions by Karen Sylvester and Pat Ravet. . Motion with amendment carried with a vote of the Town residents present with abstentions by Karen Sylvester and Pat Ravet.
Motion to adjourn the Town meeting by Herman Pottratz. Second by Karen Sylvester. Motion carried with a unanimous vote of the Town residents present.
