Meeting was called to order at
Financial report was given by Treasurer
Chairperson Herman Pottratz gave his report on activities and accomplishments of 2004.
The following Town
projects have been completed thus far this year:
All Town ditches have been
brushed and mowed to improve water flow.
Various new directional,
caution, and street signs have been erected throughout the Town.
Nearly six miles of
blacktopping have been completed, two miles of gravel roads have been graded,
and 35 culverts have been installed to help alleviate spring flooding.
The Town website includes
Town Board and Plan Commission meeting minutes and agendas, permits, recycling
information, ordinances which can be downloaded, town and school maps and Fire

The Town received state
grants for correcting hazardous driving areas on
Guardrails have been
installed on
Evaluating the possibility
of installing a bridge at the end of

A Comprehensive Plan with
the City of
The Ed Kowalski Walking
Trail off of
Swimming Pool, Pond, Fire
Commission, Adult Entertainment - Nude Dancing, and Citation Ordinances have
been passed.
A Town of

Authorization to Sell Surplus Equipment: Motion by Mark Monnette to authorize the Town Board to sell surplus equipment as listed (portable Air Compressor, 2000 GMC pickup truck and used generator from the fire department). Second by Bruno Brysiewicz. Motion carried with 18 votes.
Authorize Town Board on Road Expenditures: Motion by Richard Seils to authorize the Town Board to spend up to $6000.00 per mile of Town road. Second by Greg Latimol. Motion carried with 18 yes votes.

Residents were asked to submit their business web address and the Town would list them on the Town web page. Town businesses only.
At the conclusion of the meeting outgoing Chairperson Herman
Pottratz introduced the new Town Chairperson,
Herman Pottratz was presented a plaque for his many years of
service to the Town of
