Meeting called to order at 10:20 a.m.

Motion by Don Pazynski to approve the agenda as published. Second by Pat Ravet. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

The Board will schedule a meeting for June 16, 05 with Ron Walters to discuss assessments and will have the Department of Revenue figures available at that meeting.

The Board was to meet with a representative of the DNR who was not present.

Motion to adjourn at 10:28 a.m. by Pat Ravet and second by Karen Sylvester. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.
