Meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m.

Motion by Pat Ravet to approve the agenda as published. Second by Karen Sylvester. Motion carried.

The Board met with representatives for Steven Lane, East Steven Lane and Rustic Oak Lane to draft resolutions that would allow the special assessments for the respective roads.

Motion by Don Pazynski to adjourn. Second by Pat Ravet. Motion carried.
