June 28, 2005 Town Board Meeting called to order at 10:30 A.M.

Town road trip was taken with the following observations:

 

Schacht Road:                     until US 41 bypass is complete.

 

Mayflower Road:         Grading only.

 

Rustic Oak Lane:         Looked at site and cul-de-sac (mailed off to see).

                                    Barrett Asphalt to do work by owners’ contract.

                                    Cost $20,711 for road.

                                    Driveways by private individual

                                    Owner of road, Vern Dumke, will have to pay back taxes and obtain deed                                        to Town of Peshtigo.

 

Riverside Drive:           Graded and is waiting blacktopping.

 

McFadden Road:         Observed condition of road, handles 3 houses.

Need to decide whether to grade and asphalt. 

30 feet of right of way will require acquisition to complete.

More information still needed for Town of Peshtigo.

 

Rehms Road:               Observed this along with private road. 

Could be an alternate to McFadden as access to Highway 64.

Owner-Contractor would have to do work and deed to Town of Peshtigo.

Robert Ridge, Vern Dumke and Kodric development would have to bring up to Town of Peshtigo standards.

 

Steven Lane &             Observed potential work.

East Steven Lane:        New culvert to Steven Lane from Lietzow Road

                                    Deed needed from owner and Begieo property.

East Steven Lane would also need a culvert and would have to be brought to Town of Peshtigo standard.

Steven Lane and East Steven Lane will be discussed with owners at special Town of Peshtigo meeting.

 

A motion was made by Karen Sylvester to adjourn the meeting at      p.m.  Second by Pat Ravet.  Motion carried with 4 yes votes.
