May 12, 2005 Town Board Meeting (Public Hearing) called to order at 7:00 p.m.:

Supervisor 3 Karen Sylvester X Supervisor 4 Patrick Ravet X

Town Attorney Kim Coggins, Town Board Representative Attorney Richard Boren and Court Recorder Belinda Seefeldt were also present.

Town Constable Orin Ninnemann and 20 residents were present.

John Bayer was present without legal representative.

This meeting was a Public Hearing regarding the possible non-renewal of a Class B Liquor and Beer license for Scooters Bar located at W3109 Hwy 64, Town of Peshtigo.

After the Public Hearing a motion by Dan Staudenmaier was made to close the hearing and adjourn. Second by Don Pazynski. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

Hearing adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
