Meeting called to order at 12:05 p.m.:

Motion by Karen Sylvester to approve the agenda as published. Second by Pat Ravet. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

Don Pazynski presented a spread sheet outlining the bids for doing road work in the Town. In order to do all the work bid and needing to be done this year an additional $33,000.00 will be needed above what was budgeted for 2005. The Town Board was authorized to spend up to $6,000.00 per mile at the Town annual meeting. This figure will fit in with this authorization. After Board discussion a motion was made by Pat Ravet to allow the additional $33,000.00 for road work. Motion was seconded by Dan Staudenmaier. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

After discussion by the Town Board a motion was made by Karen Sylvester to award the bids for 2005 road work totaling $319.750.00 to low bidder Marinette County. Motion was seconded by Dan Staudenmaier. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

Motion to adjourn at 1:03 p.m. by Pat Ravet and second by Karen Sylvester. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.
