Meeting called to order at 12:00 noon

Motion by Pat Ravet to approve the agenda as published. Second by Karen Sylvester. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

Chairperson Herman Pottratz nominated Richard Seils and Ed Malechuk to three (3) year terms beginning on April 1, 2005 on the Town Planning Commission.

Motion by Pat Ravet to accept the nominations of Richard Seils and Ed Malechuk to serve three (3) year terms on the Town Planning Commission, beginning on April 1, 2005. Second by Karen Sylvester. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

Motion to adjourn at 12:05 p.m. by Don Pazynski and second by Pat Ravet. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.
