Meeting called to order at 12:00 noon

Motion by Don Pazynski to approve the agenda as published. Second by Dan Staudenmaier. Motion carried with 3 yes votes.

Town Board met and opened 2005 road bids. After discussion with the bidders and getting questions answered Don Pazynski stated that a meeting is scheduled for May 3, 2005 to award the bids.

Motion to adjourn at 12:27 p.m. by Don Pazynski and second by Pat Ravet. Motion carried with 3 yes votes.
