Meeting called to order at 10:30 a.m.

Motion by Karen Sylvester to approve agenda as published. Second by Don Pazynski. Motion carried with 4 yes votes.

Karen Sylvester gave a report on the proposed spring cleanup. Also reported she was having a little trouble getting the recycle weights from Waste Management.

Don Pazynski gave a report on roads and the possibility of applying for grants to redo a portion of Harbor Road along the canals and also McFadden Road. Karen Sylvester stated we need to develop a time line for acceptance of private roads to become Town roads due to the impact on the town budget.

After discussion the board decided to draft a resolution in support of the blind dog facility that is trying to locate in the area. A resolution will be prepared for adoption at the next Town board meeting.

Insurance Proposal: Motion by Karen Sylvester to accept the proposal from Community Insurance for the Towns Insurance. Second by Don Pazynski. Motion carried with 3 yes votes and one no vote by Pat Ravet. Effective date of insurance is May 1, 2005

Motion by Karen Sylvester to cancel the Towns insurance with the Government Property Insurance Fund. Second by Don Pazynski. Motion carried with 4 yes votes.
