Meeting called to order at 12:05 p.m.

Discussion of Grants: Don Pazynski reported that $44,000.00 is available for road grants. He stated he was looking into applying for a grant for either Johnson Road and Bridge, Harbor Road and Rader Road.

Discussion of Road Bidding: Town Board discussed procedure for bidding roads for 2005. Don discussed placing ad in papers, having a pre bid meeting with contractors who intend to bid and went over road business.

Road Drainage Ad Hoc Committee: Motion by Pat Ravet to appoint Richard Seils to the Road Drainage Ad Hoc Committee. Second by Karen Sylvester. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

Motion to adjourn at 1:10 by Pat Ravet. Second by Karen Sylvester.
