Agenda Approval: Motion by Pat Ravet to approve the agenda as posted. Second by Dan Staudenmaier. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

Announcements: Don Pazynski reported on road work with the county and ditch work. Karen Sylvester reported on the recycling center and the need for additional worker to work with Joe Busak while Ken Johnston is recovering from health problems.

Set Hourly Rate for Temporary Help at Recycling Center: Motion by Karen Sylvester to authorize Willy Price to work at the recycling center to help Joe Busak as needed. Second by Don Pazynski. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

Seward Heights Corner Vision Problem: Don Pazynski gave a report on the progress with correcting the problem.
