October 13, 2005 Special Town Board Meeting called to order at 10:00 a.m:

Those present were Chairperson Ed Sedor, Supervisors Don Pazynski, Patrick Ravet and Karen Sylvester. Supervisor Dan Staudenmaier was absent. Also present was Attorney Alan Harvey from Community Code.

The Board went through each chapter of the Code of Ordinances with Attorney Harvey seeking advice and clarification where needed. Changes were noted.

The Board was asked to review Title 1-3 the Schedule of Fees.

Motion to adjourn at 3:05 p.m. by Pazysnki and second by Sylvester. Motion carried with 4 yes votes.
