October 12, 2005 Town Board Meeting called to order at 12 Noon:

Those present were Chairperson Ed Sedor, Supervisors Don Pazynski, Patrick Ravet and Karen Sylvester. Supervisor Dan Staudenmaier was absent.

The Board reviewed the revised Zoning Ordinance as prepared by Attorney Alan Harvey.

Pat Ravet left the meeting at 2:20 p.m. however the remaining members of the Board continued the review of the Zoning Ordinance.

A discussion was held regarding classification of a lot located along Old Peshtito Road. Motion by Sedor that the business lot located on Old Peshtigo Road and currently being developed is classified as a through lot because it fronts on Old Peshtigo Road with the railroad right-of-way and USH 41 located along its rear property line. Second by Sylvester. Three yes votes.

Motion to adjourn at 3:10 p.m. by Pazysnki and second by Sylvester. Motion carried with 3 yes votes.
