Pat Ravet left meeting at 11:45.

Dan Staudenmaier arrived late to the meeting.

Agenda Approval: Motion by Don Pazynski to approve the agenda as published. Second by Pat Ravet. Motion carried.

Code of Ordinances: The Town Board reviewed the proposed Code of Ordinances with Attorney Harvey from Community Code Serves. Another meeting will be held on October 26, 04 at 10:00 a.m.

Motion by Don Pazynski to adjourn the meeting at 2:13 p.m.. Second by Dan Staudenmaier. Motion carried.
