Agenda Approval: Motion by Don Pazynski to approve the agenda as published. Second by Dan Staudenmaier. Motion Carried.

 

Zaretzke Zoning Change: Motion by Don Pazynski to rezone the Zaretzke property on CTH B to AG 2 from AG 1. Second by Dan Staudenmaier. Motion carried.

 

Urban Town Committee: Motion by Don Pazynski to discontinue our subscription to the Urban Towns Committee. Second by Dan Staudenmaier. Motion carried.

 

Payment for Business and Industry Representative: Item will be placed on the next Town Board agenda to change resolution for purchasing and reimbursement.

 

Extend Hours for Office Assistant: Motion by Dan Staudenmaier to extend hours for office assistant on regular board meeting nights from regular hours worked to work until either the clerk or treasurer arrive for board meeting. Second by Don Pazynski. Motion carried.

 

Open Road Quotes: Don Pazynski is waiting for more quotes to come in.

 

Holding Tank Ordinance: A search of the records was conducted and it was found an ordinance did not exist. Motion by Dan Staudenmaier to refund monies to persons the town can identify and use a newspaper notice to dispose of the remaining funds. Monies left will go into the Town general fund. Second by Don Pazynski. Motion carried.

 

Report on A to Z Building Violations: Motion by Dan Staudenmaier to send a letter to A to Z and to the resident of N3122 CTH RW on violations of the Town Zoning. Second by Don Pazynski. Motion carried.

 

Fred Carl Lot Split: Motion by Don Pazynski to approve the lot split as it took place under the Towns old Ordinance which allowed lots of the size requested. Second by Dan Staudenmaier. Motion carried.

 

Motion by Don Pazynski to adjourn. Second by Dan Staudenmaier. Motion carried
