Approximately 10 town residents, Vilas Schroeder, Oren N. and the Peshtigo Times and reporter were present.

Public Hearing: Public hearing was held for property owned by Zaretzke for a change of zoning.

Motion by Don Pazynski to close the public hearing. Second by Dan Staudenmaier. Motion carried.

Town Board Recessed until 7:00 p.m.

Town Board meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. Karen Sylvester and Pat Ravet were absent at the start of the meeting. Karen Sylvester returned to the meeting at 7:15 p.m.

Agenda Approval: Item #15 was corrected to reflect the next meeting date. Motion by Don Pazynski to approve the agenda as corrected. Second by Dan Staudenmaier. Motion carried.

Minute Approval: Motion by Dan Staudenmaier to approve the minutes of the May 27, June 7, June 15, 2004 and October 23, 2003 minutes as published. Second by Don Pazynski. Motion carried.

Treasurers Report: Motion by Don Pazynski to approve the treasurer’s report. Second by Dan Staudenmaier. Motion carried.

Payment of Vouchers: Motion by Don Pazynski to approve voucher numbers 12438 through 12498. Second by

Dan Staudenmaier. Motion carried.

Public Input: Dave Thibodeau asked about garbage near a residence on Dahl Road. Also some comments regarding A to Z on Highway 64.

Holding Tank Fees: Motion by Dan Staudenmaier to discontinue collecting fees for holding tanks installed in the Town of Peshtigo. Second by Don Pazynski. Motion carried.

Fire Department Floor Repair and Maintenance: Motion by Dan Staudenmaier to go ahead with the fire department floor repairs as stated on quote received from Smith Painting for $2630.00. Second by Don Pazynski. Motion carried.

Audit Report: Del Henquinet reviewed the 2003 audit report with the Town Board.

Fire Commission Ordinance, Adult Entertainment tavern license and nude dancing ordinance: A public hearing will be held prior to the next board meeting on 8-17-04.

Don gave a report on road and ditch work progress.

Drainage Committee: Chairperson asked members of the Town Board to think about whom could serve in this position.

Motion to adjourn by Don Pazynski. Second by Dan Staudenmaier. Motion carried. Town Board adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
