Minute Approval: The minutes of April 20, 2004, May 18, 2004
and June 7, 2004 were approved with a motion by
Treasurers Report: Motion by Pat Ravet to approve the treasurer’s report. Second by Don Pazynski. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.
Payment of Vouchers: Motion by Don Pazynski to approve voucher numbers 12375 through 12437. Second by
Dan Staudenmaier. Motion carried.
Public Input: Approximately 16 area persons presented comments in regards to the multi-modal corridor that is to be built along the new Highway 41.
Liquor License: Motion
by
Resolution Number 04-1 Multi-Modal Corridor: Motion by Don Pazynski to approve the resolution as read in support of the Multi-modal trail for use by other than snowmobiles. Second by Dan Staudenmaier. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.
Michiel’s Lane
Refinishing: Motion by Don Pazynski to deny payment of the bill
submitted by Michiel’s for moving his sign from the Town right-of-way. Second
by Herman Pottratz. Motion carried with 3 yes, 1 no by Patrick Ravet, and 1
abstention vote by
Backup for Ken Johnston: Ken Johnston is putting together a list of his jobs tasks and a job description will be written. The Town will then advertise for a part-time position.

Motion by
Wage Adjustment for Office Assistant: Motion by Dan Staudenmaier to pay the office assistant Cindy a $0.50 pay raise to $10.50 retroactive to May 12, 2004. Second by Pat Ravet. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.
Repair of Engine
205: Motion by Pat Ravet to authorize repairs to Engine 205 as per low
bid of $88,055.00 by Elite Power Products of Tilleda, WI 54978. Second by
