Agenda Approval/Amending: Motion by Pat Ravet to amend the agenda to add discussion of additional board meeting. Second by Don Pazynski. Motion carried.

Appoint Planning Commission Members: Motion by Dan Staudenmaier to appoint Bruno Brysiewicz to the Planning Commission and appoint Denise Wiedemeier as alternate. Second by Don Pazynski. Motion carried.

Change Town Ordinance: Recommend change to town ordinances to match state statute requirements. A motion by Pat Ravet to postpone until Attorney Coggins gives an opinion on legality. Check with Harvey on separate zoning. Attorney Coggins to provide wording for new ordinance. Second by Karen Sylvester. Motion carried.

Land Sale along Buchman Road: Motion by Pat Ravet to discontinue road according to statutes and Pat Ravet to work with Attorney Coggins to determine what steps need to be taken and report back to town board as soon as possible. Second by Herman Pottratz. Motion carried.

Additional Town Board Meetings: Motion by Karen Sylvester to discuss holding additional board meetings on the first Tuesday of the month. Second by Don Pazynski. Motion carried.

Adjourn: Motion by Pat Ravet to adjourn the meeting at 12:38 p.m. Second by Don Pazynski. Motion carried.
