The Peshtigo Times reporter was present.

Motion by Don Pazynski to approve the agenda. Second by Dan Staudenmaier. Motion carried.

Purchase used Mower: MOTION BY Dan Staudenmaier to purchase a used mower from Marinette County for $3155.00. This mower is for the back of a tractor. Second by Don Pazynski. Motion carried.

Rent of Town Equipment: Motion by Don Pazynski to rent Town equipment to the county with permission of the Town Chairperson or the Road Supervisor. If equipment breaks while County is using it will be fixed by the County at County expense. Second by Dan Staudenmaier. Motion carried.

Grass Cutting and Lawn Maintenance: Motion by Dan S to negotiate with Kleen Maintenance for lawn care for the summer of 2004. Second by Don Pazynski. Motion carried.

Motion by Don Pazynski to have Dan Staudenmaier authority to hire someone to clean up the yard by the Town hall. Second by Dan Staudenmaier. Motion carried.

Motion by Dan Staudenmaier to adjourn. Second by Don Pazynski. Motion carried. Board meeting adjourned at 12:40 p.m.
