There were 2 persons plus the Eagle Hearld reporter present.

Motion by Don Staudenmaier to approve the agenda. Second by Don Pazynski. Motion carried.

News Letter: Motion by Don Pazynski to approve the draft of the newsletter and have 2000 copies printed for distribution at the April election. Second by Dan Staudenmaier. Motion carried.

Town Website: Motion by Don Pazynski to approve the implementation of the Town website as presented. Second by Pat Ravet. Motion carried.

Names wanted for persons to serve on the Marinette County Business and industry Committee as a Town representative. Submit names to the Town clerk.

Road Work for 2004: Motion by Don Pazynski to approve $304.000 of road work to Marinette County as presented by Don Pazynski. Second by Dan Staudenmaier. Motion carried with 3 yes votes and one no vote by Pat Ravet.

Fire Commission: The Town Board discussed the forming of a fire commission and decided to place the item on the April Board agenda.

Deeds and Easement recording: Motion by Dan Staudenmaier to proceed with recording all deeds and easements in the Town records that are not recorded. This is to be done as soon as possible. Second by Don Pazynski. Motion carried.

Motion by Don Pazynski to adjourn. Second by Dan Staudenmaier. Motion carried.
