Motion by Pat Ravet to approve the agenda. Second by Dan Staudenmaier. Motion carried.

Liquor License for John Bayer: Motion by Dan Staudenmaier to issue a Class B liquor and Class B Beer license to John Bayer to operate Scooters Bar on highway 64, Town of Peshtigo, Marinette County Wisconsin. Also noted that John Bayer received a copy of the Town Zoning and John Bayer stated he would not operate the bar in violation of any laws or ordinances. Second by Don Pazynski. Motion carried with 3 yes votes and one no vote by Pat Ravet.

Discussion about vandalism of signs and the cost of repair. It was noted that any person having knowledge of persons damaging signs to call the tip line and leave the information. The phone number is 735 5311.
