Motion by Pat Ravet to approve the agenda. Second by Dan Staudenmaier. Motion carried.

Liquor License for John Bayer: Motion by Pat Ravet not to take action on license because John Bayer was not present and that if it is rescheduled it should be in closed session with the Town attorney present. Second by Don Pazynski. Motion carried.

Karen Sylvester Resignation: Motion by Don Pazynski to accept the resignation of Karen Sylvester from the Town Board. Second by Dan Staudenmaier. Motion carried.
