Approximately 7 town residents, Treasurer Vilas Schroeder, Constable Oren Ninnemann, Peshtigo Times and Eagle Herald reporters were present.

Public hearing was held on a proposed citation ordinance. Motion by Pat Ravet to forward to Town Board for approval. Second by Karen Sylvester. Motion carried.

Public Hearing was held on Conditional Use extension for Pat Harding. Motion by Don Pazynski to forward to Town Board for approval. Second by Pat Ravet. Motion carried.

Public hearing on Conditional Use permit for 2C’s Game Farm (Clarence E Coble) for a campground. Motion by Pat Ravet to forward to the Town Board for approval. Second by Don Pazynski. Motion carried.

Motion to adjourn public hearings by Don Pazynski. Second by Dan Staudenmaier. Motion carried and hearing adjourned at 6:43 p.m.

Agenda Approval: Motion by Karen Sylvester to approve the agenda as published. Second by Pat Ravet. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

Minute Approval: Motion by Karen Sylvester to approve agenda as published. Second by Pat Ravet. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

Treasurers Report: Motion by Karen Sylvester to approve the treasurer’s report. Second by Pat Ravet. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

Payment of Vouchers: Motion by Don Pazynski to approve voucher numbers 12638 through 12695 with 12652 being void. Second by Dan Staudenmaier. Motion carried with 4 yes votes and a no vote from Karen Sylvester. Karen Sylvester voted no to not paying Centrytel voucher #12652.

Public Input: No public input.

Operator License: Motion by Don Pazynski to approve operator license as recommended by the Clerk. Second by Dan Staudenmaier. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

Citation Ordinance: Motion by Karen Sylvester to approve Citation Ordinance as amended. Second by Pat Ravet. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

Pat Harding Conditional Use Extension: Motion by Pat Ravet to approve extension request for Pat Harding for a residence in an business area until property is sold or exchange of ownership. Second by Don Pazynski. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

Conditional Use Permit for 2C’s Game Farm: Motion by Don Pazynski to approve conditional Use Permit for 2C’s Game Farm for a Campground. Second by Pat Ravet. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

CenturyTel: Send a letter to CenturyTel informing that their bill for destruction of a phone ped is being denied at this time. If and when CenturyTel install markers on all peds located in the Town Right of Way the bill may be resubmitted for payment. Motion by Don Pazynski to send letter and inform them that marking have to be in place by June 1, 2004. Second by Pat Ravet. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

Road, Driveway and Culvert Ordinance: Town Board was given copies of Ordinances with instructions to review for future meeting.

Countryside Lane: Motion by Don Pazynski to accept Country Side Lane as a Town road. Second by Dan Staudenmaier. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

Additional Office Hours for Elections: Motion by Pat Ravet to have additional office hours to handle voters for November election. Second by Don Pazynski. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

Election Workers: Motion by Pat Ravet to hire the following election workers: Denise Wiedemeier and Ray Malke as regular workers and Robert Kowalski, Donald VanHefty and Shirley Mans as alternates. Second by Don Pazynski. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

NSF Checks: Develop a resolution establishing a procedure and fee for NSF checks. Motion by Karen Sylvester to charge a $35.00 fee per check. Second by Pat Ravet. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

A-Z Property Update: Motion by Karen Sylvester to forward to attorney for legal action. Second by Don Pazynski. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

Select Cutting on Old Peshtigo Road Recycling Center: Kate Lentz will mark trees for cutting and report back to Town Board.

Ordinance Pertaining to Second Home on Property when New Home is Built: Motion by Karen to check with attorney to develop an ordinance pertaining to this item. Second by Pat Ravet. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.

Budget Workshop: The Town Board reviewed the proposed 2005 Town Budget.

Department Head Reports. Reports were given by Pat Ravet, Don Pazynski and Dan Staudenmaier.
