No town residents were present

Agenda Approval: Motion by Karen Sylvester to change the order of the agenda to read 1, 2, 5, 3, and 4. Second by Dan Staudenmaier. Motion carried.

Item # 5 request from Biehl to clean ditch. Motion by Karen Sylvester to go ahead with cleaning the ditch by the blacktop plant. Second by Dan Staudenmaier. Motion carried. There will be no expense to the town for cleaning the ditch.

Motion by Dan Staudenmaier to proceed to the county garage to view equipment and reconvene at the Town hall after. Second by Karen Sylvester. Motion carried.

Town Board meeting called back to order at 12:55 p.m. at the Town hall.

Karen Sylvester and Dan Staudenmaier will gather information needed to bid truck and return to Town Board with information.

Motion by Karen Sylvester to adjourn at 1:10 p.m. Second by Dan Staudenmaier. Motion carried.
